PRE-ORDER

As an eco-conscious brand dedicated to growth, we produce orders on demand for our wholesalers and welcome individual made-to-order requests. This model allows us to match production with actual demand, minimizing waste and reducing excess inventory.

We can deliver our pre-order styles within 2 to 3 weeks. We're grateful for your support and commitment to our mission for a more sustainable and ethical fashion industry.

SHIPPING

Our stocked items are delivered within 3-5 business days from the order date. You'll receive a tracking number by email upon dispatch.

Shipping fees are as follows: UK: £7.99

EU: £14.99

Canada & USA: £25.99-30.00
Rest of the world: £25.99.00 plus

Orders delivered outside the UK may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURN POLICY

-Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item. Returns or exchanges are not accepted beyond this period.

-Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

-Damage Policy: Items damaged deliberately before return will be fully charged and are non-returnable.

-Return Process: Use the pre-printed DHL label found in your package for returns. Attach it to the outside of the box along with the wallet containing the commercial invoice (if applicable). Schedule a pick-up by clicking on the link provided and have your waybill ready. For questions, contact us at info@yibri.co.uk.

-Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted if items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error. Returns sent after 14 days will not be accepted.

-Refund: If your return is approved, expect a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
