RETURN & EXCHANGES

-Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item. Returns or exchanges are not accepted beyond this period.

-Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

-Damage Policy: Items damaged deliberately before return will be fully charged and are non-returnable.

-Return Process: Use the pre-printed DHL label found in your package for returns. Attach it to the outside of the box along with the wallet containing the commercial invoice (if applicable).
