RETURN & EXCHANGES

-Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item. Returns or exchanges are not accepted beyond this period.

-Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

-Damage Policy: Items damaged deliberately before return will be fully charged and are non-returnable.

-Return Process: Use the pre-printed DHL label found in your package for returns. Attach it to the outside of the box along with the wallet containing the commercial invoice (if applicable). -Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted if items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error. Returns sent after 14 days will not be accepted.

-Refund: If your return is approved, expect a refund to your original payment method within 10 days.
